The Walden Grove High School project, built for the Sahuarita Unified School District No. 30, involved the new construction of a 131,000-square foot high school campus located in Sahuarita, AZ. The project supports the Sahuarita Community Park for community athletics and miscellaneous outdoor activities and houses three educational buildings for over 900 students. The high school campus was constructed with a dedicated septic and leach field and a new road that connects the school with a bus loop road. The project also featured classrooms, an administration building, computer labs, performing arts center, kitchen, cafeteria, and gymnasium. Due to CORE's construction practices, the Walden Grove High School project now provides an environment for students to further their academic endeavors and encourage community involvement while alleviating district overcrowding.
