Tillman Tunnel and Arboretum Trail Improvement

Tempe, AZ

Client: ASU Board of Regents

Architect: Gould Evans Associates LC

Project Summary

The Tillman Tunnel and Arboretum Trail Improvement project, built for the ASU Board of Regents, included the renovation of a football stadium tunnel and stadium trail entrance located on the Arizona State University's main campus in Tempe, AZ. The facility supports the pre-game ritual for ASU Football and a historical arboretum. The football stadium tunnel and stadium trail entrance renovations consisted of new rubberized athletic flooring, a swinging gate, ADA compliant grading, and LED lighting. The project also featured wall and fence graphics, custom Pat Tillman graphics, HD TV display, and a new audio speaker system. Due to CORE's positive client relationship with the ASU Board of Regents, the Tillman Tunnel and Arboretum Trail Improvement project was completed prior to the first ASU Home Football Game of the 2013 Season in accordance with the client's request.
