Project Summary

The Fountains of Hope project involved the new construction of an 89,791 square foot assisted living facility located in Sarasota, FL. The facility is comprised of a three-story assisted living building with 68 units, three single-story memory care buildings with a total of 38 units, and two single-story commons buildings. The structures were constructed with a cast-in-place, structural steel and CMU structural frame, a stucco, Hardie Plank and stone veneer exterior, and hollow core over wood truss roof system. The project also involved the development of a parking lot for 70 vehicles, 1,200 feet of access road, two landscaped courtyards, a port cochere, and several decorative fountains. Interior amenities include a full service kitchen, dining area, chapel, fitness center, and a spa.
