Project Summary

The Morton Community Bank Fondulac Plaza project, built for Morton Community Bank, included the new construction of a three story 54,000 square foot bank branch building located in East Peoria, IL. The facility functions as a financial institution for trust services, loan operations, and investment services for commercial banking. The bank branch building was constructed using all wood floors with carpeting on the sides. The project also featured a steel clock tower, which measures nine feet in diameter, a fireplace in the customer waiting area, executive dining area, three drive up windows, and an ATM. Site work consisted of 16 covered parking spaces and 64 uncovered parking spaces and an outside water fountain. Due to CORE's quality construction practices, the Morton Community Bank Fondulac Plaza now provides centralized services in an upscale building.
