CORE will be attending the University of Illinois Fall Career Fair to meet with students that are interested in learning more about a future in the construction industry. Students can take the opportunity to speak with our team about internship opportunities and any available full-time positions for those about to graduate.
The University of Illinois Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering (CEE Department) has consistently been ranked among the best civil engineering programs in the country by U.S. News & World Report. The stature of our faculty, the quality of their teaching and research, and the caliber of our facilities ensure that our students graduate with the best possible preparation for a career in civil engineering. Our graduates are in extremely high demand and typically receive multiple job offers from a variety of companies.
Hosted twice a year in the Newmark Lab Crane Bay, the CEE job fair brings company recruiters, many of them CEE alumni, to campus and offers students the opportunity to find internships and full-time positions. Fairs are held in September and February and last from 9:30am-3:30pm. Students aren't required to register for the career fair, but need to visit the registration desk to check in with your iCard upon arrival.
